  • Sam Myers is the President of Direct Impact, the nation’s leading Grassroots Public Affairs agency. Sam has served in two presidential administrations, in multiple advertising and marketing agencies, and on six presidential campaigns that span Hillary for America 2016; Obama for America; John Edwards for President; Kerry Edwards 2004; Gore/Lieberman 2000; Clinton/Gore 1996 and founding DC based Myers Strategies in 2004, focused on effective messaging through national grass roots events. ​
  • He served throughout the entire Obama administration, in multiple leadership roles at U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Commerce, and in the Clinton Administration at the U.S. Department of Defense. ​
  • Upon leaving the public sector in 2017, Sam transitioned to Brooklyn-based Huge, Inc., working in a series of roles, most recently Vice President for Partnerships and Development, where he developed thought leadership platforms around autonomous vehicles, aerospace, maternal health and the future of work; created partnerships at SXSW, CES and Cannes, among others; and drove strategic growth for Huge’s Washington, D.C. office and global business. He then served as a Senior Vice President for San Francisco-based The OutCast Agency, charged with expanding the agency’s Washington, D.C. presence.

As a new plant mom, she hopes to soon be an expert of succulent care while strengthening her propagation of prose.

Kunal Khosla

Kunal brings more than 7 years of experience in public affairs to Direct Impact, specializing in grassroots mobilization, coalition building, message development, and issues management. He works closely with DI’s field network on multi-market client programs. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Kunal attended the George Washington University. He is a world traveler in his free time, having recently explored Thailand and Myanmar on his honeymoon.

Having run successful grassroots and grasstops campaigns at the local and national level, he brings expertise on a plethora of issues – successfully leading clients campaigns across the country. Prior to joining Direct Impact, Nick lead mid-level M&A transactions for Fortune 500 clients.

Native Washingtonian and University of Connecticut alumni. Sierra holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy minor. Before joining the Direct Impact finance team, Sierra has worked in the banking, law and government contracting industries providing analytical and financial expertise on various projects focused in the healthcare, defense, banking and legal sectors. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys indoor bouldering, training for obstacle course races and crafting with her family.

A native Wisconsinite, Stephanie has 15 years of experience ranging from Capitol Hill to the Wisconsin legislature to managing several political and public affairs campaigns at the state and national levels. When she’s not focused on securing victories for her clients, Stephanie enjoys cheering the Brewers, Packers and Badgers onto victories.

He has over a decade of experience leading communications and marketing programs for complex clients in the energy, insurance, financial services, and consulting sectors. Prior to working at Direct Impact, Frank was at Edelman leading a team supporting companies including Verisk, a leading insurance data company which includes Wood Mackenzie and PowerAdvocate among its portfolio companies, and asset managers with funds aligned to the energy sector. A Fordham University alum, he lives in Brooklyn with his wife and a rambunctious toddler.
