Prior to her time at Direct Impact, Molly spent two years at POLITICO in Account Management, during which time she supported a pool of high-value clients and led the implementation of a new on-boarding system. Before Politico, she worked with a small civic-education non-profit to launch programs in three DCPS elementary schools.
