Connie Partoyan
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Partoyan serves as a senior leader on DI’s new business development team and provides strategy for its existing clientele. Partoyan has extensive experience managing campaigns, building grassroots coalitions and advising senior executives and Members of Congress.
Before joining DI, Partoyan served as Chief of Staff for Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), for whom she set up the Representative’s congressional office, oversaw her successful re-election campaigns, and managed her election into the House GOP Leadership. Partoyan also served in senior positions in the Bush Administration, for Congressman Rick White (R-WA) and U.S. Senator Slade Gorton (R-WA).
Partoyan brings extensive private sector experience including lobbying for the Seattle-based law firm, Preston Gates (now K&L Gates), serving as Executive Vice President of TechNet, a CEO-level technology trade association based in Silicon Valley, and running the communications operation at the Information Technology Industry Council, which represents the 28 largest IT companies.
