Transportation

We have represented a major business federation’s support for federal transportation funding, which sought to reauthorize funding and increase awareness of general transportation issues, such as highway safety, road improvement and enhancement projects and mass transit inconsistencies, by identifying allies in unlikely places. Additional experience includes railway siting issues, supporting advancements in air traffic control, airline acquisition and buyout cases, freight railroad deregulation and even seat belt safety.
